Do's and Don'ts for Delicates
Do hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent,
like Woolite. This will gently clean the garments while preserving
their shape and material.
Don't wring or twist wet lingerie. Soak the items in cold water with mild detergent and gently squeeze
the suds through the garments. Rinse them with cold water and blot
them with a towel. Lay flat to dry.
Do use a lingerie bag if you machine wash.
A finely-woven mesh bag with a zipper closure works best and is available
at any sundry store. Use only cold water and mild detergent on the
gentle cycle. Be sure to clasp all hooks to prevent tangling.
Don't throw lingerie into the dryer. The elasticity of lingerie will break down in even the lowest heat
setting. So lie flat or hang items to dry out of the sunlight.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We have an "exchange only" policy with NO refunds. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be exchanged within 30 days of ship date. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that items received after 30 days of ship date will NOT be eligible for exchange. You can return items for Store Credit. Any defective item or incorrect shipment will be replaced at no shipping charge to you. Panties are NOT returnable.
Exchanges or Store Credit:
You can return unworn, unused items within 30 days of ship date for exchange only or Store Credit and pay for the shipping and handling fees for the item(s) you are exchanging for. Returned items must be unworn, in its original condition and have all tags attached. Items that do not meet these standards will not be exchanged or shipped back to you.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Enclose your packing slip with the item and ship to:

Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. If your refund does not appear on your statement within four weeks or one billing cycle, please email email@example.com
for further assistance. Store Credits expire after one year from date of return.
Sales and Clearance Merchandise:
All Sale and Clearance items are a Final Sale and will not be accepted for exchange.
For wholesale purchases:
Minimum Order Values. The “itty bitty bra” has a very low minimum order value and we encourage all businesses big or small to join our expanding customer base and grow with us.
Backorders. We operate a backordering system for all styles. When an order is placed we will endeavor to fulfill as much as possible within the shortest period of time. We will order any items not held in stock and ship backorders as soon as they arrive.
Customers must opt out if they do not wish their orders to be automatically backordered. Should you wish to opt out please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Order Cancellation. Orders accepted by IBB Designs constitute binding contracts and MAY NOT BE CANCELLED unless we are unable to fill and ship your order on time.
Policies only for Retailers: All sales are final, no guaranteed sales, no returns or exchanges unless merchandise is found defective. Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Approved returns will be issued credit for future purchase only. We do not send checks.
Any shipment sent back to us for reasons other than packing errors, defective goods or approved returns, will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. No claim for any reason shall be considered after 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Please let your customers know that they need to contact you for customer service. Our packing slip clearly states that they are to contact your company for customer service.
If a customer does not want the item and wants to return it:
First: Note we have a very low return rate.
Your return policy will not be the same as ours. We are a wholesaler, you are a retailer. We suggest you look at other retailers’ return policies. The successful ones have liberal return policies.
IBB Designs is a manufacturer and we do not have retail return policies. Generally, wholesalers accept returns only for defects.Returns are accepted only with merchandise tag attached within 7 days of receipt.
Store Policies. We sell wholesale to the trade only. If you are a retailer and have interest in our products, please review our store policy outlined below and submit all required information.
To protect our retailers, all customers are required to provide proof of an active business. This may be done with one of the following methods:
Scanned copy of your business license or seller's permit.
Note: An active license/permit is required to do business.
- Valid "Sales & Use Tax ID" is required for customers in California to order.
If a scanner is not available, you may choose to fax us your business license or seller's permit at 1(714)-544-1641.
If neither of the previous 2 methods is available, we will require the following information:
a) Company Name
b) Contact Name
c) Company Address
d) Company Telephone Number
e) E-mail Address and Fax Number (if available)
f) Business License # and/or Seller's Permit #
Terms & Conditions. C.O.D. Minimum order requirement is US $300 per order. Most items are packed in assorted colors or assorted sizes as indicated. Any exceptions must be authorized. A Special handling fee may be incurred. We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or color queries prior to ordering should you require this. Sizing charts appear in all catalogues or pricelists, and are also available on our website www.ittybittybra.com and are extremely accurate.

Payments. C.O.D. We accept Checks, Money Order/Cashiers Check, and Wire Transfers. For United States customers, business checks are accepted and will be processed and cleared prior to shipping. Shipping and Handling. We usually ship within 1-2 business days for in-stock items after order is placed. Back ordered items may be shipped separately without extra shipping charge. All prices are net and do not include shipping. Shipping is added onto each invoice. We ship to the United States and other countries. Please note, your orders will not deliver to Post Office Boxes (PO Box) within the United States. For faster expediting, orders can be Overnight or 2-Day Air for an extra charge. Indicate on order if you want this change, otherwise we will ship best way or via common freight carrier, or per your routing instructions. Freight charges are based on the weight of the packages for shipments and international freight charges are based on weight and size.
